Kherson region reaches 74% demining completion

Oleksandr Prokudin, chief of the Kherson Regional Military Administration in Ukraine, announced that authorities have cleared mines and explosives from 74% of the liberated territory in the Kherson region.

Teams surveyed 760 hectares on the right bank and destroyed almost 600 explosive items during the past week. This work brings the total demined area to over 507,000 hectares. By the end of November 2025, demining teams had completed 72.1% of the work in the liberated areas of Kherson.
